Brand Strategist, Founder

Greg’s world revolves around strategy – from business, to marketing, to website planning, he loves turning big problems into ordered solutions. And if he’s not talking strategy, Greg is usually on the disc golf course.

Matt Wright

Creative Director, Partner

Matt is passionate about leading edge designs and breaking the box of boring user experiences. Matt works morning to midnight, but if he does leave the keyboard, you’ll find him running marathons, or holding his baby girl.

Marni

Project Coordinator

Marni has a knack for resource allocation and managing hundreds of variables with relative ease. When she isn’t juggling staff and projects, you can find her raising two beautiful daughters, or starting another DIY renovation project.

Graham

Senior Designer

Graham is passionate about helping organizations visually express their purpose to the world. When his nose isn’t buried in his latest website design he’s likely strumming a guitar, playing with his kids or ripping down a mountain bike trail (faster than he should be).

Jordan

Senior Developer

Jordan is a web application developer specializing in business systems and information architecture. He loves learning new languages, new instruments, and anything that goes fast.

Jimmy

Web Developer

Jimmy loves big projects – the larger, harder, and hairier, the better. Coding a 10-pager is fun, but not nearly as fun as a 150-pager. When Jimmy isn’t crushing big projects, you can usually find him playing World of Warcraft with his friends.

Daryl

Web Developer

Daryl is our real-life proof that not all web developers are nerds. While his coding skills may light keyboards aflame, his face-melting guitar solos are his true claim to fame. Mild mannered by day, rockstar by night, Daryl is a pretty talented guy.

Robyn

Senior Copywriter

Robyn is just about the loveliest content writer you could ever meet. She cares deeply for people and their businesses, is always open to a challenge, and when she isn’t writing, she’s loving on her kiddos or de-stressing with a good book.

Paul

Application Architect

Paul’s background is in software development, and he loves to tinker with new technology. In his free time, Paul composes music for video games.

Jess

Research & Analytics

Jess is our resident spreadsheet expert. Whether compiling data from Google Data Studio, Facebook ads, Search Ads, Google Analytics or Search Console, Jess knows all the ins and outs and how the data fits together. Outside of crunching numbers, Jess loves baking, good books, and great music.

It’s not about the money

We never started this business to grow rich, buy the mansion, or do a TED talk. Matt and I started this business because we wanted to give back, doing more with our nine-to-five than just making a paycheck. We wanted to make our communities and our world a better place.

Because of this we donate over ⅓ of our profits every year to amazing charities. It won’t change your project, but our work together could help some truly great causes.
